Customer Witness Title 2

In January 2019, the customer service of the marketing department of a certain joint-stock company received a phone call. The other party said they wanted to customize a sodium sulfate chemical with very high requirements. They had strict requirements for the charging and discharging of sodium sulfate chemistry, and needed to be able to charge and discharge about 8 million times. They searched for many sodium sulfate chemical manufacturers, but could not meet their requirements. At first, they approached us with a trial and error attitude, but unexpectedly, when they communicated with our technical personnel later, they received a reply that they could do it. What's even more unexpected is that later on, we found that the customers who came to us were all our peers, who also specialize in sodium sulfate chemistry.
